Play For Money Casino BlackJack 21

The game of online casino blackjack is no different from the game of Blackjack played in land casinos. The rules and the betting options are the same. The game is also known as 21 Blackjack as the main aim of the players is to score 21 or a closer number to 21 than the dealer. There are several betting options including soft hand, hard hand, split hand, surrender, late surrender, early surrender, insurance bet, early money and double down.

In the game of Blackjack, players will be dealt two cards each. Players have to place their bets before any card is dealt. When the dealer reveals his first card, the players have the option of placing an insurance bet. This happens when the first card of the dealer is a ten or an ace and there is a high possibility of the dealer having a blackjack. By placing the insurance bet, the player agrees to be paid 2:1 if the dealer gets a blackjack i.e. 21. However, the player loses the bet if the dealer does not make a blackjack.

A player of Blackjack can Surrender if he wants to give up the hand. In this case he loses half the amount of the bet. An Early Surrender can be done prior to the dealer’s checking for a blackjack. Late Surrender is possible only after the dealer does not have a blackjack after he checks his second card. Late Surrender is not allowed if the dealer has a blackjack.

Chips When a hand has an ace which is valued as 11, it is called a Soft Hand. A hand with an ace that is valued as 1 or a hand devoid of ace is known as a Hard Hand. A player can double his bet by Double Down option after the first card is dealt. If the player feels that he is in a safe situation, Double Down is a profitable option. However, when a player Doubles Down, he has to take an extra card after which he receives no other cards.

A hand of two cards can be split and played separately by the Split option. When a hand other than aces has been split and a third card of having that value is given, the player can opt for Resplit. A player then places a bet of an equal amount as the original bet. An Even Money bet has a 1:1 ratio of payout when a natural blackjack is dealt.
